About us:

Sunmaxx PVT GmbH is a growing high-tech company from Dresden.
We develop and manufacture next-generation solar modules that produce electricity and heat simultaneously.
This enables a completely climate-neutral energy supply - from residential and office buildings to large industrial buildings and entire residential quarters.

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d) with immediate effect. On a commission basis or in a permanent position.

Your tasks will include

  • Establishing initial contact with customers and regular maintenance of customer network
  • Writing offers
  • Contract negotiations with customers (off-take agreements)
  • Maintaining the CRM tool
  • Supporting key accounts (key account management)
  • Carry out rolling planning with key account customers
  • Establishing and maintaining contact with sales representatives
  • Support in the development of the defined regional sales area
  • Support in setting up regional sales organization DACH area
  • Identification of innovation opportunities within the company
  • Active participation in networking events and industry conferences

Ideally, you should have:

  • Completed university degree, preferably in business administration, industrial engineering, engineering, civil engineering or other technical and economic studies
  • Confident handling of MS Office, especially Word and Excel
  • Extensive experience in sales
  • Sales experience and network in the photovoltaic/solar sector
  • Very good German language skills, ability to check and correct texts
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Willingness to travel regularly
