Unser gemeinsames Projekt

Als Teil unseres Personalteams suchen wir dich als tatkräftige Unterstützung im Bereich der Lohnbuchhaltung.

In dieser Position übernimmst du eigenverantwortlich die Erstellung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen für unsere tracetronic-Gruppe. Du führst Lohnkonten und Personalakten, pflegst Stammdaten und bist für die Kommunikation mit der Finanzverwaltung, Krankenkassen und Behörden zuständig. Dabei bist du sowohl intern als auch extern Ansprechpartner für lohnsteuer-, arbeits- und sozialversicherungsrechtliche Fragen.

Zusätzlich prüfst und bearbeitest du sämtliche abrechnungsrelevanten Vorgänge, darunter Überstunden, Zulagen, Betreuungskosten, Abwesenheiten und außerordentliche Zahlungen. Weiterhin stehst du als unser Experte für die monetären Benefits unseren Mitarbeitern mit Rat, Tat und Herz zur Seite.

Darüber hinaus hast du die Möglichkeit durch eigene Ideen aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer (Lohn-) Prozesse mitzuwirken und damit aktiv zu einer mitarbeiterorientierten Unternehmenskultur beizutragen. Bei uns bist du nicht nur ein Rädchen im Getriebe – du bist ein wichtiger Teil des Teams!

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Steuerfachangestellten oder einen alternativen kaufmännischen Abschluss, idealerweise mit einer Weiterbildung im Bereich Lohnbuchhaltung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • Sicheren Umgang mit Microsoft Office
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und eine strukturierte sowie selbstorganisierte Arbeitsweise
  • Die Erkenntnis, dass man im Team einfach mehr erreicht
