Kaufleute für Büromanagement lernen alle betriebswirtschaftlichen Abläufe in unserem Unternehmen kennen. Sie übernehmen verwaltungsspezifische Aufgaben wie beispielsweise Assistenzaufgaben oder Planung und Vorbereitung von Events. Sie durchlaufen unsere einzelnen Verwaltungsabteilungen, wie beispielsweise die Buchhaltung, die Faktura Abteilung oder die Personalabteilung.
Die Ausbildung erstreckt sich in der Regel über einen Zeitraum von 3 Jahren und schließt mit einem IHK Abschluss ab.

Dein Profil
- Du hast die Schule mit einem erfolgreichen mittleren Bildungsabschluss abgeschlossen oder alternativ das (Fach)-Abitur
- Interesse an betriebswirtschaftlichen Themen
- Organisationstalent und Kommunikationsstärke
- Erste Erfahrung in den gängigen Office-Anwendungen
