To strengthen our continuously growing EU Sales team in Europe, we are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic

Sales Account Manager (f/m/d)

 to join our EU Sales Team and play a key role in managing our European customer portfolio.

 

This role is perfect for someone with a strong, positive mindset and a passion for building lasting relationships with both new and existing customers. As a key member of the team, you'll contribute to the overall success of the company, collaborating with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction and drive our business forward.

Key responsibilities:

  • Increase territory profitable sustainable business to match and exceed the booking plan and the profitability targets
  • Expand and maintain strong relationships with key customers across the EU, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing their needs
  • Identify new business opportunities in both standard photomask business and also in emerging technologies, like nano-imprinting, and drive sales of new technologies and solutions
  • Begin with a smaller customer portfolio, gradually expanding it as you establish strong relationships and grow accounts
  • Leverage innovative approaches (e.g. AI tools) to streamline customer interaction processes, accelerate response times, and improve sales efficiency
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Customer Service, Production Control, Front End Engineering and Production, to ensure seamless delivery of tailored solutions
  • Spending the first half-year working in the Corbeil and Dresden factories to gain hands-on experience with our products and manufacturing processes

 

Your profile:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, Physics, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • First experience in technical sales or business development within the semiconductor, photomask, or related high-tech industries would be an advantage
  • Strong understanding of the photomask production process and semiconductor manufacturing would be an advantage
  • Proven ability to interface with customers, manage relationships, and offer solutions that meet their needs
  • Strong project management, problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and familiarity with innovative collaboration tools
  • Superior and advanced English language skills as a must have and excellent communication skills in both German or French are required
