We are looking for you as Service Assistant / Project Assistant to support our two-person team in the IT back office at our company headquarters in Dresden - centrally located at the trade fair. The position is to be filled on a full-time or part-time basis (from 30 hours per week). Together with your future colleagues Alexandra and Vincent, you will be the interface between technology and service management and will be responsible for the organization and handling of the commercial processes associated with our managed services.
THE FOLLOWING TASKS AWAIT YOU
- Purchasing and procurement of software, hardware and licenses for Managed Services (from requesting quotations to invoicing)
- International shipping of IT equipment in coordination with the shipping companies
- Creation and recording of maintenance and service invoices
- Responsibility for commercial processing, organization and support of worldwide projects and rollouts
- Creation and maintenance of documentation for our service portal
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING WITH YOU
- Completed commercial training combined with a certain technical affinity
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Confident handling of MS Office and merchandise management systems
- Good knowledge of English and fluent German
