Unterstützung der Service Manager und Projektleiter:innen bei der Sicherstellung der Serviceerbringung sowie in der Kundenbetreuung
Mitwirkung beim Meldungs- und Tickettracking für unsere Services
Beteiligung bei der Organisation von Releases & Roll-Outs
Aktualisierung von Servicedokumenten sowie Erstellung von Präsentationen, Statistiken, Entscheidungsvorlagen, Dokumentationen und Protokollen
Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung und Optimierung von Supportkonzepten
