Head of Sales & Marketing (f/m/d)

 

Your Tasks:

 

  • Operational & strategic management of the Sales & Marketing team incl. Customer Service, Key Account Management and Marketing Communication while working seamlessly together with Business Development.
  • Develop and enable the team to meet and exceed the annual and strategic sales targets (budget, revenue, margins, growth). Leading by example, e.g. management of our most strategic key account.
  • Definition and implementation of the Sales & Marketing Strategy in close cooperation with executive management. Furthermore, you are the voice of Sales in the end-to-end business processes and a member of Heliatek’s Management Team.
  • Responsible for continuous improvement and implementation of the sales & marketing (digital) processes as well as establishing and developing a stable and sustainable sales structure, making full use of digital tools (CRM and ERP).
  • Negotiating winning contracts with our (new) sales partners and customers in line with company long term business plan.

 

Your Profile:

 

  • After successfully completing studies in business administration, industrial engineering or similar, you gained a minimum of 5 years in international experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably both in OEM and End-User (Project) channels.
  • You have a proven track record in leading a team with a minimum of 5 people.
  • You are characterized by a strong customer focus and are result driven, nevertheless you are not afraid to ‘educate the customer’. Furthermore your working style can be described as well-structured, proactive and self-propelling.
  • As a global citizen, you feel comfortable in different cultures, think internationally with a local flavor and you‘re passionate about communication, whether in German or English.
