Team Assistance Customer Service (f/m/d)

With the job ticket, you can reach your workplace just as easily by public transport connection as via the direct motorway connection including our free company parking lot.   • Efficient processing of leads and execution of an initial pre-selection
  • Offer & order processing incl. coordination with adjacent departments (e.g. export, warehouse, production planning, accounting)
  • Data maintenance and documentation of all master data, projects and sales orders in SAP
  • Support in the optimization and implementation of all sales processes & process documents (e.g. templates & instructions)
  • Target-oriented initial telephone contact with customers and partners, as well as on-site support of guests
  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship
  • You have already gained 2 years of professional experience in internal sales, preferably in handling incoming calls, lead processing and order processing
  • User experience in the field of CRM and ERP systems desirable
  • A high degree of independent work and organizational skills are among your strengths
  • You value interdisciplinary collaboration and bring a hands-on mentality to the table
  • Your profile is rounded off by very good communication skills, supported by a good command of German and business fluent English, both written and spoken
